This hunting lease is leased and not available. Base Camp Leasing has a 123 acre hunting lease available for immediate lease in Chenango County, New York. This hunting lease is located in WMU (3O)) and is near Unadilla. Property is broken down into 24 acres of fields and 99 acres of woods. The lease runs uphill from west to east. There is significant elevation in SE corner (see TOPO). There is a seasonal stream that runs from east to west. Pulling in driveway, I a saw a big gobbler all fanned out. Tried to take picture before I scared it but it came out blurry (see pic). The gobbler and a hen, I didn't see, took off. I also saw another group of turkeys and 2 deer in upper field. There are several good logging roads and others that can be cleaned up through-out the woods. I saw several well used deer trails on the field edges. The property has a lot of deer and turkey sign. I'm sure there are bear in the area as well. Landowner will allow posting of the property. ATV use and camping are allowed for hunting purposes only.
